Surimi Processing Plant

Warrenton, Oregon

This facility is for the processing of surimi, a processed seafood made from small fish. The plant contains over two million dollars of Japanese processing equipment, designed to process over 20,000 pounds of fish an hour.

The building support is a combination of wood pilings and slab on grade. All of the concrete floors slope to long trench drains. The first floor walls were pre-cast off-site. The second floor and roof are wood frame.
