The Sequoia Springs main
facility expansion
consists of 20 one-bedroom units, 7 studios, and 4 Alzheimer Patient
units. This 19,470 sq.ft. two-story addition surrounds a spacious
courtyard.
Additionally, 9 new cottage buildings containing 21 units are planned to be erected adjacent to the main facility. Construction is projected to commence in June 2005. To accomodate this growth, expansion of the dining facilities and activity room is currently under design and construction is expected to commence in summer of 2005. |
