Security Apartments Remodel

Pendleton, Oregon

This historic structure located in downtown Pendleton, was built in the early 1920's.  The entire interior of the building is being remodeled with 25 reconfigured units, an elevator, and two interior stair wells, while maintaining the exterior appearance and window locations. Structural and seismic upgrades have been included to help strengthen this 1920's un-reinforced masonry structure. 

Project scheduled for completion in the fall of 2001
